A little about me.

Life has given me the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds. As a contractor, business owner, Realtor, and now a Certified Professional Mediator, I've learned that every person, every situation, and every challenge is unique. Those experiences taught me to listen first, remain patient, communicate clearly, and keep an open mind.

I've also spent more than eight years working with autistic individuals, an experience that deepened my understanding of empathy, flexibility, and the importance of adapting my communication to meet each person's needs. Those lessons continue to shape the way I approach every mediation.

Today, I combine those experiences with professional mediation training and hundreds of mediations to help people have productive conversations in a respectful, comfortable environment. Whether we're meeting online or in person, my goal is to help people communicate effectively and work toward solutions they can create together.
